Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park is an industrial park within the overall planning of Yen Phong II Industrial Park approved by the Prime Minister in 2007 with the orientation of building a synchronous and large-scale industrial, urban and service park in Bac Ninh province, helping to turn Bac Ninh province into a centrally-run city.
On September 11, 2018, Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy under Decision No. 1139/QD-TTg for Viglacera Corporation – JSC with a total investment capital of over VND 2,234 billion. After that, the industrial park was officially established under Decision No. 545/QD-UBND and the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2000 was approved under Decision No. 413/QD-UBND dated July 30, 2019 of Bac Ninh province. Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park was established with a planning area of 219.22 hectares, located in Dong Tien and Tam Giang communes, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province and has an operating term of 50 years.

- INFRASTRUCTURE OF YEN PHONG 2C INDUSTRIAL PARK
Power supply system: the power source for production in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park is ensured through the 110/35/22KV Yen Phong 2 transformer station with a current capacity of 63 MVA and is oriented to increase the capacity to 3*63 MVA. The power supply system of the Industrial Park is arranged in a branch form, ready to connect to each plot of land in the industrial park.
Water supply system: The industrial park has invested in building an internal water supply system with a designed capacity of 10,000 m3/day and night and is planned to expand to 20,000 m3/day and night, the water source is taken from the surface water source of Song Cau. Water supply pipes with diameters from D110-D500mm are ready to be connected along the traffic axes in the industrial park.
Wastewater treatment system: all wastewater produced in Yen Phong 2C industrial park is treated by a centralized wastewater treatment system with a total treatment capacity of 17,000 m3/day and night. Of which, the treatment capacity of phase 1 is 7,000 m3/day and night.
Internal traffic system: the internal traffic routes of Yen Phong IIC Industrial Park are designed in a checkerboard pattern with technical standards suitable for the traffic volume and tonnage of vehicles participating in traffic in the industrial park. The main axis of the industrial park has a cross-section width of 75 m, of which the road width on each side is 10.5 m; the branch roads in the industrial park have a width of 25 m – 36 m. At the same time, the industrial park also builds a static parking lot with a scale of more than 2.6 hectares to avoid congestion due to vehicles stopping and resting in the industrial park.
Communication system: switchboard with expected scale of over 10,000 contact numbers is pre-arranged in technical trenches, technical pipelines located along roads in the industrial park.
Fire protection system: fire hydrants are arranged within a radius of 150 m from the main water supply pipes in Yen Phong II-C industrial park to ensure water pressure and capacity, and promptly respond to fire incidents in the industrial park.
In addition, Yen Phong 2C Industrial Park also has a rainwater drainage system that is independent of the wastewater treatment system, along with a completed construction elevation of +5m to +6m, ensuring that there is no flooding in the industrial park. Landscape and green tree systems are arranged at a rate of over 10% of the total planned area of the industrial park, creating an airy and fresh space.
External facilities: In addition to internal facilities, to serve the lives of workers working in the industrial park, the investor of Yen Phong industrial park also built a worker housing area with a scale of over 20 hectares along with an urban area and other functional subdivisions such as medical stations, sports areas, schools to create a healthy working environment and increase employee engagement.
