VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park Full name is VSIP Hai Phong Urban, Industrial and Service Area (formerly known as Bac Song Cam Urban, Industrial and Service Area) approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy and allowed to become established. Hai Phong City recovered land from September 09 in Notice No. 2007/TB-VPCP dated September 180, 25 within the framework of implementing the Vietnam – Singapore Connectivity Framework Agreement.
On December 10, 12, Hai Phong City People’s Committee approved the detailed planning at scale 2008/1 of VSIP Hai Phong Urban, Industrial and Service Area Project according to Decision No. 2000/QD-UBND. After that, the industrial park was adjusted to detailed planning at a scale of 2112/1 according to Decision No. 2000/QD-UBND dated November 3251, 28 of the People’s Committee of Hai Phong city.
