On August 20, 2014, Que Vo II Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to expand by 277 hectares according to Official Dispatch No. 1511/TTg-KTN on adjusting the planning of industrial parks in Bac Ninh province.
On March 3, 2021, the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province approved the zoning plan for the construction of Que Vo II Industrial Park – Phase 2 at a scale of 1/2000 in Decision No. 84/QD-UBND. Accordingly, Que Vo II Industrial Park – Phase 2 is planned with a total area of 285.67 hectares, of which the industrial park land area is 277.64 hectares (the industrial land area for lease is more than 194 hectares) and the irrigation canal restoration area is 8.03 hectares. Que Vo II Industrial Park – Phase 2 is planned to be located within the administrative boundaries of Chau Phong and Duc Long communes, Que Vo district, Bac Ninh province.
On May 4, 2021, Que Vo II Industrial Park – Phase 2 was approved by the Prime Minister for Investment Policy under Decision No. 640/QD-TTg for Nhan Dat Tien Company Limited as the investor with a total investment capital of nearly 3,000 billion VND and the project’s operating period is 50 years (until 2071).
In terms of nature, Que II Industrial Park – Phase 2 is planned as a clean, environmentally friendly industrial park, prioritizing the electronics, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, supporting technology, new materials, clean energy, renewable energy, smart energy, processing and manufacturing industries…
Regarding regional connectivity, Que Vo II Industrial Park – Phase 2 is located in the border area between Bac Giang and Hai Duong provinces, with high economic connectivity between the regions. At the same time, Que Vo II Industrial Park – Phase 2 is adjacent to National Highway 18 and:

- INFRASTRUCTURE OF QUE VO II INDUSTRIAL PARK – PHASE 2
Power supply system: power source for production at Que Vo II Industrial Park – Phase 2 is supplied from 110/35/22kV transformer station – Que Vo 5 with capacity of 2*63 MVA, 22kV lines are connected to each plot of land in the industrial park.
Water supply system: The industrial park has invested in building a clean water treatment and supply station from the surface water source of Cau River or Duong River with flexible capacity to meet the water needs of factories operating in the industrial park. In phase 1, the clean water supply system was built with a supply capacity of 7,000 m3/day and night and was pre-connected with pipes to each plot of land in the industrial park.
Wastewater treatment system: Wastewater produced at Que Vo II Industrial Park Phase 2 is treated by a centralized wastewater treatment system with a treatment capacity of 7,000 m3/day and night, capable of treating wastewater up to standard A of Vietnam’s environmental technical standards.
Internal traffic system: The main road of the industrial park has a cross-section of 52 m, in which the road width is 2 * 10.5 m; Branch roads in the industrial park have a width of 22 m – 36 m – 42 m, arranged with wide sidewalks and median strips for convenient traffic.
Fire protection system: Fire hydrants are arranged at a distance of 120 m – 150 m each, along internal traffic routes.
Communication system: The entire communication line system is placed in a system of trenches and technical cable ducts. 4G and 5G transceiver stations are arranged to ensure coverage of all areas in the industrial park.
