Internal traffic system :  Road to the industrial park: Route 5: Road width is 43.5 m, road surface 11.25 m x 2 = 22.5 m. Route 3 (coinciding with route 398 running along the Industrial Park connecting National Highway 18 to Yen Dung district – Bac Giang), Road width is 36 m, road surface 7.5 m x 2 = 15 m.

Internal roads: Route 5A : Road width is 58.5 m, road surface 11.25m x 2 = 22.5 m. Route 1: Road width is 36m, road surface 7.5m x 2 = 15 m. Route 2: Road width is 58.5m, road surface 11.25m x 2 = 22.5 m. Route 3: Road width is 36m, road surface 7.5m x 2 = 15 m. Route 4: Road width is 25.25m, road surface 11.25m. Route 6: Road width is 36m, road surface 7.5m x 2 = 15 m. The road axis has sidewalks, lighting, trees and median strip. Connecting the Industrial Park with National Highway 18, there are 2 routes and 2 intersections with the newly planned National Highway 18.

  1. Power supply system : Power is taken from the newly installed 110kV transformer station – capacity 2 x 63 MVA. The power system of the entire industrial park is distributed in a loop and uses a switching station to ensure stable and sufficient power supply to customers.
  2. Water supply system : Water taken from Cau River is led to a clean water treatment plant with a capacity of 16,000 m3/day and night and is treated with modern technology, ensuring that it meets quality standards according to QCVN 01: 2009/BYT on drinking water quality of the Vietnamese Ministry of Health. The clean water supply network for the industrial park is designed as a ring network to ensure stable supply and sufficient capacity for customers.
  3. Drainage system : The drainage system is divided into two systems: rainwater drainage, domestic drainage and industrial wastewater.
  4. Industrial wastewater treatment system : Industrial wastewater from factories before being discharged into the general wastewater collection system of the whole area must reach value C – Column B, QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. Then, it is led to a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 12,000m3/day and night, the wastewater after treatment reaches value C – Column A, QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT and is discharged into Tao Khe canal.
  5. Solid and waste treatment system : Industrial solids and waste are classified at the source by factories and brought by Bac Ninh environmental company to a treatment area 5 km away from the industrial park according to the contract between the environmental company and the customer.
  6. Regarding telecommunications information: Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Company (VNPT) in Bac Ninh will provide services and installation directly under contract with customers, ensuring smooth information domestically and internationally.
  7. Fire prevention: The fire water supply system is designed along the roads with enough hydrants and supply shafts to the Factory according to specialized fire prevention and fighting standards.

In addition, the urban service area project with an area of 68 hectares with full service functional areas, banks, post offices, product trading centers, and housing for workers working in the industrial park, kindergartens, hospitals, health care services, education, training, etc. are also arranged in the area to ensure meeting the living needs of a modern urban area.
