Dinh Tram Industrial Park was established in 2003, the earliest industrial park established in Bac Giang province. The industrial park was approved for detailed planning in Decision No. 1384/QD-BXD dated August 31, 2004 of the Ministry of Construction with an initial planning area of 93.49 hectares.
On May 12, 2010, in Official Dispatch No. 759/TTg-KTN on the project to adjust and supplement the planning of industrial parks in Bac Giang province, the Prime Minister agreed to merge Dong Vang automobile industrial cluster with an area of 38 hectares into Dinh Tram industrial park. Since then, Bac Giang province has also issued Decision No. 1253/QD-UBND dated September 9, 2011 on this merger, according to which the area of Dinh Tram industrial park after the merger is 127.351 hectares.
On October 15, 2015, in Official Dispatch No. 1830/TTg-KTN, the Prime Minister agreed to adjust the planning area of Dinh Tram Industrial Park from 158 hectares to 127 hectares (a reduction of 31 hectares) to suit the current situation and implementation capacity of the project. After that, Dinh Tram Industrial Park continued to have its detailed construction planning adjusted at a scale of 1/2000 in Documents and Decision No. 364/KCN-QHMT dated June 2, 2016 of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Giang province; Decision 1089/QD-UBND dated July 13, 2016; Decision No. 640/QD-UBND dated September 28, 2017; Decision No. 942/QD-UBND dated October 16, 2020 of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province.
Currently, Dinh Tram Industrial Park has an adjusted planning area of 92.57 hectares, of which the industrial land area for lease is 69.08 hectares, accounting for 74.63%. The project’s investor is Bac Giang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company.
In terms of nature, Dinh Tram Industrial Park is a multi-industry industrial park, attracting mechanical engineering, manufacturing, electronic component processing; consumer goods and construction materials manufacturing industries.
Regarding regional connectivity, Dinh Tram Industrial Park is located in Hoang Ninh and Hong Thai communes, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province, adjacent to National Highway 1 and National Highway 37, provincial road 295B and:

- INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM OF DINH TRAM INDUSTRIAL PARK
Power supply system: the power source for Dinh Tram Industrial Park is taken from the 110kV/22kV Song Khe – Noi Hoang transformer station managed by Bac Giang Electricity. The 22kV lines are connected to each plot of land in the industrial park.
Water supply system: clean water produced at Dinh Tram Industrial Park is taken from Bac Giang clean water factory through the water supply pipeline system to the factory’s fence.
Wastewater treatment system: all wastewater at Dinh Tram Industrial Park is collected and treated at a centralized wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 2,000 m3/day and night before being discharged into the environment.
Internal traffic system: branch roads in Dinh Tram Industrial Park are built synchronously in the form of basic grid branches and directly connected to National Highway 37, making traffic inside and outside the Industrial Park extremely convenient.
Other infrastructure facilities: Dinh Tram Industrial Park is also fully equipped with infrastructure facilities such as lighting system, wastewater drainage system, communication system, fire protection system, landscape trees…

III. LAND RENTAL COSTS AND INVESTMENT INCENTIVES IN DINH TRAM INDUSTRIAL PARK
Infrastructure usage fee: 0.5 USD/m2/year. (remaining term until 2053). Unit price may be changed depending on each time.
Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: VND 9,298/m2/year (equivalent to USD 0.4/m2/year)
Annual land rent: applied according to the land rental price list of Bac Giang province
Electricity price: applied according to EVN’s electricity price list directly managed by Bac Giang Electricity
Water supply price: 13,400 VND/m3, can be changed according to the decision of Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee
Wastewater treatment fee: 11,400 VND/m3, calculated on 80% of actual clean water used

Corporate income tax incentives: 100% exemption from income tax for the first 2 years, 50% reduction in tax payable for the next 4 years for new investment projects in industrial parks.
